Hey this is Basit. I’m reviewing my experience with Hair Transplantation Islamabad because they did an amazing job and I think anyone considering this should know about it.

So basically, I’m 34 and my hair situation was getting pretty bad. Like, really bad. My hairline was way back and I had this huge bald spot on top. Honestly looked like I was 45+ and it was killing my confidence. Started wearing caps everywhere, even indoors sometimes which was weird but whatever.

Work became awkward because I felt like people were staring at my head during meetings instead of listening to what I was saying. My friends would joke about it but it actually bothered me more a lot.

He recommended doing FUE and FUT together to get the best coverage. Basically they’d take about 3,500 hair follicles from the back of my head (where hair doesn’t fall out due to genetics) and put them in front.

The actual procedure was long – like 8 hours – but honestly not bad. They gave me local anesthesia so no pain, just felt some pressure. The team was cool, played music, brought food. Dr. Hassan was really detailed about making the hairline look natural, not just filling in bald spots.

Recovery was the worst part tbh. First few weeks my head looked pretty rough – red and crusty where they put the new hair. Dr. Hassan warned me the transplanted hairs would fall out after 2 weeks (called “shock loss” or something) before the real hair started growing. That was scary but totally normal apparently.

Around month 3, tiny hairs started showing up. Month 6 had decent coverage. By month 12, full head of hair that looks completely natural. People who hadn’t seen me in a while were like “wth happened to you” in a good way lol.

Best part is nobody can tell it’s fake. The hairline has natural imperfections and everything. Even told my barber about it and he was shocked.

Two years later and I’m still happy with it. Can style my hair however, take pics from any angle, feel confident again. For anyone in Islamabad thinking about this, Dr. Hassan at Hair Transplantation Islamabad really knows what he’s doing. Worth every rupee.
